So I have a weird issue. I put cheap LED festoon bulbs in my 2004 in my dome light and map lights a while ago. When the truck is on, (key turned in the ignition) they work fine. Full brightness and all. But, when the truck is off, and when I open the door to get in, the dome light is very dim and flickering, like it has very little power going to it. It's aggrivating because sometimes I just go to my truck at night to get something out of it and cant see in there and dont want to have to put the key in just to see.

    Just a couple FYI....

    -04 v6 double cab prerunner
-they do not stay on when truck is off and doors are shut. Ive done many searches and cant find one related to mine. All of the others are about what my LEDs are doing, except when everything is off and they wont go off which mine do.
-I have a buddy with the same exact truck except his is a 2002. He wired up LED strips in his with no problems.
-I tried rigging up some LED strips (not the cheap kind) that I had up to it, and it still does the same thing.

I'm stumped. Any suggestions welcome! Thanks in advance!
