After looking for months and months, scouring ebay, craigslist, Autotrader, Trucar, CarMax and every other site out there that might have my Taco, I finally found my truck, less than 10 miles from my home. I was looking for an early 1st gen Taco. Last week I lost an auction on ebay by $100. It was a one owner '94 with 75,000 miles. It looked like a brand new truck, undercarriage, engine compartment and everything else except the fading paint. It sold for $8,700. I was going to fly to Idaho and drive it back to Florida if I won the auction. I was getting very discouraged after losing the auction, then I happened on a craigslist ad for an '01 ext. cab,SR-5, trd-4x4 with 88,000 miles and only two owners. And it was in my town(no shipping. no plane ticket. no drive). Clean carfax. 5 speed manual(yeehaw) Very Happy. Already ordered the 3" ultimate lift from Toytec with 5100 adjustable Bilsteins and a leaf in the back. Going to put some 33" Mickey Thompson Mtz's on new 17" wheels as soon as I can pick something out(too many options). Then it will be to the spray booth. :bananadance:

Oh yeah, I picked it up for $10,300.
