    Good afternoon everyone.

I have a 2006 Tacoma that is in need of a new fuel pump. I have a few questions I'm hoping you'll could answer. First, can I purchase just the fuel pump and remove the old one from the assembly or does this require the entire assembly? The cost difference is over 300.00. I have been told both and find they sell both, but just want to verify. Question two is based on installation. Is it easier to remove the bed bolts and access the tank that way or must you drop the tank on this year and model. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Related question, since it's an in-tank pump, is it the same pump in 4 cyl as V6?
