    Do cheap mods go here?

Just bought this 2000 after looking at about eight of them. I'm trying to do cheap improvements.

    Rusty screws on door sill:

Stainless screw assortment from Home Depot:

    Much better:

The last couple of weeks i've added a RTT (roof top tent). I was ale to get a great deal on an eezi-awn tent and built my own rack. I plan on adding more (accessories, lift kit or leveling kit, front and back bumpers, lights and tires) but ive only got so much money. If you have any ideas, suggestions, please let me know, thanks in advance.

we didnt have the time to go out camping, so we just parked by the side of the house to test it out. it was about 38 degrees that night and it rain most of the night too, we were very comfortable.

20150504_174715.jpg i needed to get a coat of paint on the rack. so i unbolted it, used the forklift since i was by myself. it definitely helped out.

i used black matte finish spray paint

Some 1 1/4" caps from the hardware store would finish that rack off nicely. I got some to plug the raw ends of the square tube on the rack I built. Good looking rack btw

Thought this should belong here.. I've been looking to find a simple how-to door speaker replacement for 1st gen tacomas. This is for 6.5" front speakers in a 99.
