I meant the receptacles for what looks like any 12v accessory and for a fridge. Are those also 10g?

Oh no, those are 14. They are max pulling 15 amps and the cables are short.

    Regulators!!

I got a few things installed to wrap up the OBA. It took a bit of searching but I found a regulator that had an integrated gauge in the adjustment knob.

I added a drain valve to the bottom of the tank.

I'm also going to try 1 jerry can instead of 2 on the bumper.

your electric game is on hit iggy!

i need to elongate my pre made wire harness to reach some amber pods I'm mountain to the bed rail on the rear- would you recommend adding a few more feet via butt connectors or finding a whole new longer harness?

Thanks George! It was great to see you there too!

Thanks! I make all my harnesses so I just run wire the length I need it and then put DT connectors on them. If I had a harness I would just splice into it to make easier. You can cut the harness wires to the lights 2/3 of the way, then fill in the gap with new wires. I would also use heat shrink connectors.

Hey man, which propane tank mount are you running? I made the jump for a 6lb worthington but have had issues finding a good looking mount that fits it right.

It was made by CBI when I ordered the bumper. I might be selling the bumper to go high clearance if you need a swing out... :D

Right on, I'd bite but I'm rocking the Pelfrey HC. I actually ended up springing for the Powertank mount (Amazon free same day delivery is dangerous) anyway, it fits like a glove. Just wish I had more room for the CBI dual can carrier, your setup is perfect.

It's been a while with the updates, but things have been slow with the new baby. I have been working on a few things on and off so I figured it's time to show off the progress.

I recently sold my CBI rear bumper in favor of an All Pro dual swing out. Since the trucks my DD it's been difficult keeping the single swing gate and driving into the city or doing parallel parking while at the same time accessing the bed of the tuck. I don't take as much space with the duals. I do sacrifice the camp table and 1 jerry can, but it's compromise no less.

The all pro bumper is stout! The gusseting on the back makes the bumper heavily reinforced. @Tracy@All-Pro Off Road has been great at answering all my questions even though most of them have been really stupid.

Here's some pics fresh off the pallet:

    IMG_7923.jpg

Notice the gussets in the rear, pure beef!

    IMG_7924.jpg

My favorite thing is how close it sits to the tail gate:

    IMG_7945.jpg

Of course, I could not just leave it alone, but had to add some personal touches.

First I welded the end of the handles. They were just open tube, and I didn't want water to get in there and start to rust.
    IMG_8066.jpg

I will replace the grips with plasti dip after they are powder coated.
    IMG_8065.jpg

Next I wanted a solution for camp lighting. I welded a tab on top of the tire hoop for an LED pod.
    IMG_8037.jpg

    Tacked on:
    IMG_8038.jpg

    Welded and blended:
    IMG_8046.jpg

I then needed a solution for managing the cables for the light. I found some cable guides for bicycle frames. They are the perfect solution as they have a guide for zip ties.
    IMG_8067.jpg

Welding them was super tough! They are so small and I had a heck of a time with my MIG gun. I will have the master @Bentrodder blend them in for me with TIG and hopefully learn a thing or two.
    IMG_8072.jpg

    IMG_8073.jpg

My Iggy PODs showed up for a test fit! What's great is I can get light for the tail gate area and with how the swing out opens, I can illuminate camp behind the truck.
    IMG_8128.jpg

    Wire guide work as expected.
    IMG_8129.jpg

More to come as I get the bumper EAF.

Next up, is a propane tank solution. CBI had build one for me before, so I had to figure something out, especially since my tank isn't so common.

I found the perfect bracket for the tank since it's used for marine applications. But this holder, what to do...
    IMG_8001.jpg

So I took some quick measurements and made this:
    IMG_8101.jpg

    IMG_8103.jpg

This should help secure the mount for the tank, but nothing's perfect on the first run. The top bolt holes were off by 0.115" and the top holes for the tank bracket are blocked the swing out. :annoyed:
    IMG_8105.jpg

    IMG_8106.jpg

But it looks like everything else clears and is as snug as possible. The top bolts for now will just be reversed.
    IMG_8114.jpg

    IMG_8112.jpg

    It's a start!
    IMG_8111.jpg

I'll have to cut another one to move the holes and propane holder up, and then fab up a Jerry can holder next to it. The work never ends!

Looking really good man! I too like how snug the swingouts are. Mine stick out a little to much for my liking. Can't wait to see more!

I met up with @Bentrodder who tig welded the rest of the tabs in and let me give it a shot at one of them. That afternoon may have solidified my aspirations as a tig welder. I really want to learn how to do it. It didn't help that @tacomgee semi convinced me to build an expo trailer, and a tig welded aluminum framing sounds like an excellent idea.

Here at the pics of the rest of the tabs welded in. IMG_8175.jpg

For running wires and tubing. I'm cooking up something to help open and close the swing arms.
