ARB Compressor kit for outlet in bed?

I'm thinking about buying the

$980 ARB CKMTP12 12V Twin Motor High Performance Portable Air Compressor

ARB CKMTP12 kit and was wondering, could the compressor be converted to a standard three prong plug so I could simply plug it into my bed vs having to use the alligator clamps on the battery?

 

That makes sense. I think the thing for me to do is just put a marine grade 12V outlet in the bed, or better yet put a couple back there. And then I could adapt the wiring on the compressor to a 12V plug I would think.
