Since I bought my truck the gas milage has reset 3 times just out of the blue. I turn the truck off and it when I crank it back up its gone to 0? Anyone experience this ?

You gotta play with it. There's a trip screen that shows your mileage after each trip. You can go to your "previous trip" and save it. You can save each trip and it'll keep a record of the best gas mileage. You'll figure it out. I don't have any other way to explain it. Still messing with it myself.

I wanted to keep my milage for a full round trip. When I got there, and let it sit for a day, it dropped it all and went back to zero. I was pretty ticked off. It has done that twice now on long trips. I called Corp, and they told me I had to have done it that there is no way it did it on it's own. I told them I hadn't touched it and they told me, I must have as it won't do it on it's own. Nice customer service.

If it's the trip meter reset issue, take it in and the dealer will replace the instrument cluster. I just had this done on mine yesterday. I dropped it off last week, asked them to check it out, and they ordered a new one right away, no questions asked, and without trying to replicate the issue. Toyota knows about this and is changing them out. Some internal cluster glitch I guess. Very easy replacement. Only issue is I had to leave it at dealer until part came in because the new one had mileage set to match mine - for odometer accuracy.
