Cant find the right trans. mount for my 1st gen.!

    Thanks for all the help guys. I really appreciate it. I would have never figured it out on my own.

    Now one more question...

    As of now my shifter is rubbing on the plastic trim around the shifter in 1st and 2nd gear. Could this be from the wore out mount or the angle of the different transmission.? I can visually see that the trans. And driveshaft have a canted angle to the drivers side of the truck.

    The old mount looked bent

    Get the new one in tighten it up then look how things look.

    If you don`t know get the bolts all in before you start to tighten them.

    Yours looks exactly like the one off my 1996 2.7, and also the one off the 2002 2.7 transmission that I put in while I was rebuilding my transmission. So it's the normal part.
