Calm down, buddy. Too worked up about simple forum questions.

Extreme in the sense that obviously I'm not going to spend that much like the one you suggested. Not the first time lifting a truck either. Just the first Taco. "Not concerned about the money" was more to explain relatively small price differences between different brands like Toytec/Icon/OME was not a huge concern for me. No arrogance intended.

Just looking for some simple advice from others who have a 16 that they have lifted. Using the forum for its intended use.

    Pictures?

Not trying to be a dick, I'd like to see what they changed in the back of the wheel well to make that work.

I don't want to fuck up the on-road ride or driving experience so I don't plan to do a lift or put larger than OEM tires on. That said I would eventually like to improve the off-road comfort and drive-ability but WHILE maintaining comfortable on-pavement driving. From what I've read, the best way to do this is absolute complete replacement of rear springs (maybe Deaver 10 leaf pack) and coilovers for the front with matching rear shocks ... not sure if Kings or Icon Coilovers will get the job done best for maintaining the balance between improved off-road (for potholes and washboard roads) but ALSO maintaining or improving (if possible) on-pavement comfort & handling.

DigitalBravo made a comment "Icon are great at high speed on rough ground but can really shake you up otherwise." Does this mean the Kings are a better option for a mix of on road comfort and off road performance?

Kings and Fox are valved different than Icon (Google digressive vs progressive valving). There are several icon vs king vs fox threads that go into the details.
