    Hi all,

    I'm Tim, from Chandler, AZ (near Phoenix). I don't yet own a Tacoma, but I'm looking for a new daily driver. I want a 4x4 with a manual transmission that I can use as a daily driver, but also take camping with the family of four, and do an occasional offroading trip, too.

    I'd love to get a 2nd gen Tacoma DCSB, especially a TRD Off-Road, but most are out of my price range, so I'm also looking at FJ Cruisers, Nissan Frontiers, and Nissan Xterras.

    I figured since I'm ready to buy, I'll create an account here and post a WTB in the classifieds and see what happens.

    I bought a Tacoma. It's a 2005 DCSB 4x4, TRD sport. I've been offroad in it twice now, and I'm pretty impressed. It has handled everything I've thrown at it (although I haven't done anything too crazy yet). I'm looking forward to some mods, and hopefully many years of reliable driving, and some family trips.
