Toyota Tacoma 4WD off road

I would like to put 265/70R17 tires on my Tacoma. This would raise the truck 1/2 inch from the original height. I bought a set of Toyota Sport Polished 17" rims to replace original 16" rims. Any danger in raising the truck 1/2 inch? The 265/70R17 tires are 1 inch larger in diameter which raises the truck by 1/2 inch.

Don't know if this causes some unforeseen problem.
