    can someone point me to a thread on replaceing rear brake shoes for a 2012. i have 68,000 miles, fig it was time to take a look at them, and mite as well replace them while im in there. i bought it used so not sure about the trucks prior life. ive done them before, but its been quite a few years. thx in advance

    Plasti dipped hootus
    they are the same as any other drum brake. Just google drum brake replacement for some videos. Tip, do one side at a time and take pictures, so that you reassemble the springs correctly

    OP did you ck/do the rear brakes? I'm just curious as I did the fronts at 55k and they still had some life left. So I'm just wondering how long the rears will last? I'll have to pull the drums and take a look
