Aftermarket Pro Comp 7023's. I've been trying to find the specs on them (bought the truck with them on), but other than 17" I don't know anything about them. I'm pretty sure they've been discontinued so that's making the exact specs hard to find.

    Full setup:
    Ironman 2" Lift
    LR UCAs (on backwards atm)
    Pro Comp 7023 17x?
    Big Foot ??? 265/70/17 tires

from your Avi pic, I can see that your wheels are giving a wider stance than the stockers.

Which reminds me... if those wheels are 9" then the Coopers won't fit. They recommend 6.5-8.5. Damn. I guess I'll need to find that out too.

I looked at my tires and I think I would have clearance for the extra diameter too

With 255/80/17 on a 3rd gen what all needs to be done to make these tires fit/work? I will have a toytec boss lift kit, assuming some LR UCA's as well.

I guess you know you'll be stuck with 10 ply (E rated) tires in that size. If it's really a street queen you may be happier with 255/75r17 in a 6 ply (C rated). Those definitely won't look small with only a 2" lift. Have you checked out the Tire Size Calculator linked here and at the bottom of the website?

    ... I said in a 3.5 week old thread.

Hey, I don't mind. Every bit helps.

And I've decided since this thread to go with the 255/75/17 Cooper ATP from Discount Tire. If I remember right they're the new iteration of the AT3, but exclusive to Discount Tire.

I got to thinking about all the work a 33" E rated tire would be, and decided to go a bit lower to avoid the headache (hopefully).

Hey guys hope you can help me out. I have a 2016 DCLB TRD offroad arriving in a week. I purchased a 2016 OME 2 inch lift in the medium load. I want to get the 255/80/17 Cooper STT MAXX's with method NV wheels. Prior to the lift can they fit? After the lift should I have any issues?

I don't know the specifics on those Wheels, but they will likely give you some rubbing issues before and after the lift. You will definitely need to trim plastic with a possible CMC depending on your wheel specs. From what I know of method Wheels they will be a fairly aggressive offset

Offset, or perhaps more accurately backspacing of a given width wheel will determine how deep it sits in your wheel well. You may want to research this a bit to understand what you are doing in running aftermarket wheel that do not have stock specks. This is a useful tool : Here is an article of offset vs. Backspacing:

Thanks, so try and shoot for whatever the stock wheels specs are? What are they even?

Not necessarily, but with the tires you mention, running wheels with stock spec will minimize any rubbing that may occur from the fact that you will have a +2 size tire(i.e. 2 sizes larger overall diameter from stock). Guys who run tires that are not only taller, but also wider from stock have to take their backspacing into account so that their tires don't rub on their UCA's or other suspension parts. Your width tire is not an issue, only the overall diameter. You will likely get rubbing on fender and/or fender liner and may need to remove your mudflaps if they are still there. Your lift will create a bit of space for your tires, but becomes irrelevant once you compress and extend your suspension.

I believe stock wheels are +30 offset, 8" wide
