If nothing else, those are all wear items. Every 5K rounds or so.

Also keep in mind that with a lighter hammer spring. You may get a few light primer strike...
These parts are in my competition 1911. Not my defensive one..

Good lord that's a lot of cash for a Remington 1911. I bought an STI Guardian recently at a FNRA banquet and it was on the low end of your price scale and on the high end of build quality across non-custom 1911 makers. Have you checked out the STI Spartan? I'd even buy a Springfield over a Remington 1911 any day and that's coming from a guy who loves his 700s and 870s, even when others bad-mouth them. Remington doesn't have the pistol thing down yet.

You can get a much better gun than a remington for 1300$. $813 on Bud's is about right, you'll have to pay the FFL fee too.

If you have the money, get an STI. They are a much better gun all around.

Jesus. Does she have a like-minded sister who wants to move to Maine?

It shoots great, took it to the range yesterday and put a hundred rounds through it. Best bday present she couldve gotten me.

I have a feeling Christmas will be rather thin this year haha.

And she does have a sister but certainly not like-minded!
