I am no longer building these boxes. Thank you!

The Bussmann RTMR blocks are good for cleanly wiring multiple accessories into your truck. This will eliminate hooking multiple accessories up to your main battery or continuing to tap into stock wiring harnesses. Compatible with all years of trucks.

The RTMR blocks contain 5 relays and 5 fuse only hook ups. I used 18 gauge trigger wire for the relay switches and 12 gauge wiring for the accessory quick disconnects. All terminals have been soldered. This kit is easy to install and easy to use!

The following components are included in the kit:
-Pre-wired Bussmann RTMR with 35amp relays
-6 foot long switch trigger wiring harness
-Pre-wired switch backing for 5 OTRATTW Contra V switches (lower or upper independent)

What you will need to buy:
-Mounting panel for Bussmann RTMR block
    -2 Ground Busbars
-ATM Mini fuses (for running accessories on Bussmann and for fuse taps)
    -Fuse Taps
-Breaker or Fuse setup (between battery and Bussmann)
-Power and Ground wiring for between the battery and Bussmann
-Up to 5 OTRATTW switches (Contra V Lower or upper independent)
    -Switch Holder

PICTURES OF WHAT THE BOXES WILL LOOK LIKE:

The easy answer: about $3.42, and a lot of time saved with my setup.

Now into details. The switch backs are the exact same as the ones I use. They fit Contura V switches from OTRATTW. It looks like their setup requires you to individually tap each wire (looks like there are 9 of them) into either a power wire (to run power to the swtich LEDs) or into the trigger wire on the relay side of the bussmann. My setup requires you to tap into two wires using t-taps and one line using a fuse tap. Everything else is connected together using the white molex mini-fit connectors, and the black weather pack connectors. Basically you just need to tap into three lines and then connect the three pieces together at the two connections.

As for connecting accessories (like a light bar) to the bussmann, my setup has quick disconnects that are easy to work with and easy to change if you ever get rid of a accessory or want to change one from the fuse only side to the relay side. It's hard to tell from their pictures, but it doesn't look like they even have leads for accessories. I could be completely wrong though.

Their setup does include a universal mounting plate and fuses though.

I guess saying the difference is about $3.42 is a little unfair because the two setups do not include the exact same things, but saying a lot of time saved is 100% correct. You will not have to tap into as many wires and make multiple connections for the relay trigger wires.

I hope this helps in your decision!

EDIT: and how clean the wiring is. My setup is all bound together in wire loom so there are not a lot of loose wires. The other setup looks like each wire is loose which can make it harder to work with.

Hi @Roo1041 : I have some doubts. Behind the fusebox, I see 10 blue and black connectors. Why are there 10 of them?, but the long wire that goes inside has only 5 switches? Sorry for asking dumb questions, I don't know much.

That's not a dumb question at all. These fuse boxes can look quite confusing.
The RTMR Bussmann has 5 relay and 5 fuse only connections for a total of 10 connections. The 5 relay connections obviously go to the relay switches that you mount and control in the cab. The 5 fuse only connections are on all the time. Say you have some retrofit headlights on your truck with some halos that you want to be on all the time. You would wire these halos into the fuse only side of the Bussmann. The 10 blue and black connectors are for connecting your accessories to the Bussmann (fuse box); accessories such as light bars, compressors, halos, etc.

If you connect the Bussmann directly to the battery then it will pull power even when the truck is off. That means that any accessories you connected to the fuse only side of the box will still be on when the truck is turned off. How I handled this was by installing a solenoid and tapping a trigger wire into the ignition fuse so my Bussmann will only be on when my truck is on.

    Hi back @Roo1041 ,
    thank-you for answering me.
I had your answer looked by my friend too, so that I it was better explained to me.
Not that it wasn't written well, just needed a little help with me, sorry. I understand better now.
May I make a small changes to my request if I order one?
I have ordered a part, which another member here made for my truck. It's a switch panel from Shape ways.
It allows me to connect upto 3 switches inside a small cubby next to my drivers side.
I have also ordered 3 switches for this panel.
My needs are very small. Rear bed lights, a water pump, and a third switch for future needs.
From the pictures above, I see that my model truck is a little different from example where it is mounted.
So needless to say, I don't need more than 3 switches, which I understand.
However, I do wish use the space I already got in my engine bay. I have taken some pictures for you to see.
    http://imgur.com/a/i6UnQ
(I can use your fuse only connections for some of my current dangling connections currently to my battery I guess. I hope. I have a friend to help me too.)
Is it possible to use more compact breaker mount like this one?
And my switches are of this kind. Can I have a connector type that goes for those instead?
And also, the long cable that goes inside the truck. May I request 5ft long instead of 7 feet?
Can I request a 5 relay version and 5 fuse version but on a smaller compact mount @Roo1041? I'd only be using 3 out of the 5 anyway?
I'm sorry if this is out of ordinary request. I like to have everything look like a normal truck with available space.

Roo, I'm interested in your set up and would like to order one. I have 4 roof top halogen Hella lights mounted on the top of my truck. They are not wired up yet since I've been looking for a separate fuse block. I plan to add a few more lights and accessories also. What else would I need to wire up my Hellas?

    Thanks,
    Rich

Is there any way to make your switch backings for upper led independent? All of my Contura V switches are upper independent and I'm looking to upgrade to a set up like this

    starting over from scratch
I had an issue after running some pods and a 20" light bar. I noticed after installing lights that my amp wouldn't go on and was getting hot. Would this help solve my problem or does this just make the setup look clean. I went over my wiring and everything is good and tried disconnecting my lights and the amp was working again.
