Cops run your plates to see if you are up to date. Apartments complex can only walk and look at stickers.

 

To be fair, her phone was dead, but yes. The whole night was literally, "I miss you, I'm sorry, I wanna be with you." "IDK what I want." "Can we think about us?" etc...

 

I've seen that happen, they start getting concerned that the lot will become a storage area.

Deciding that something is bad or not for you, then actually cutting the ties is tough. Gotta get inside your own head, and sometimes you find that you're not alone......
