Close calls and rear bumper

I was driving from Denver up to Wyoming for Christmas yesterday. It had started snowing the night before and continued on through the day. Well I left around 3:30pm and between Denver and Ft. Collins the roads were very slick. I was creeping along like everyone else on the packed interstate. A few times I had to correct the back end from sliding around one me. About halfway to Ft. Collins I hit an ice patch and was unable to correct the sliding. The back slid to the right, then the left, then back to the right, the last time to the left was to much and is where I lost control. Pretty soon I was facing the oncoming traffic which isn't very fun. I somehow drifted off the road and the truck flipped back around to face the right direction again. Not sure what I hit, because at the time I didn't know I had hit anything. If I had to guess I'd say it was a guard rail. The results was the damage of my rear bumper I am now in the market of a rear bumper if anyone is selling.

Yesterday was just not a good day. What was suppose to be a 6hr trip took 9hrs because of weather and then the weathertech that I got from fedex before I left were wrong. They sent me 2 passenger side.
