try to slide the fabric back to the end (left in the pic) and back into the channel

theyre straps/hand holds so you have something to steady yourself with when getting in and out of the tent.

I tried sliding it back but since its part of the tent it only goes so far.

even if you slide the fabric around all three walls, from the side furthest from that end? try it while the tents closed

hopefully not that bad. i know someone else had it happen to them last year. you just need to get enough slack in the fabric to get the part that pulled out of the channel past the end of the plastic and then work it back in.
you should have more slack when the tent is closed.

It happened to me the other day... and I fixed like she says,
Do it with the tent closed... it gives you less tension in the frabric.... slide towards the end then press the bead in the slot and slide it back...

I had the same thing happen a couple years ago. I drilled the pop ribbets out, put the nylon block out, resetting the bead in the block while sliding it back in place. Then, install new pop ribbets. It Took me about 10 minutes to do.

Sorry, haven't seen this anywhere else yet. Just put my Mt. Shasta Extended on today, and not really sure where this telescoping clip pole thing goes or what it's used for? Any ideas?

Clips onto the pole directly above the door and spans the length of the overhang, clipping onto the overhang pole.

I have not searched all 16 but did skim through several pages and searches. Is anyone running a CVT on an ARE Z? I just about have the wife sold on the Prinsu shell and cab racks, CVT and just about any other "camping" gear.
