Hub Centric Wheels?

    I was looking at ProComps website for the 1069 wheels, and they have the option for Hub Centric wheels and not. (I'm presuming Lug centric)

    Does this matter? What difference does that make for the wheel? Or is it just how it gets balanced with the tire at the shop?

    Any recommendations?

    Yeah get the lug centric for your truck. It is confusing as hell. Our stock rims are Hub centric but not many companies make the correct hub size for our trucks, apparently its special. So if you want it to match the hubs you need to buy a 2mm hub spacer. I didn't go that route just tighten your lugs using a Cris cross pattern.

    Our stock hubs are 106mm but most aftermarket rims are 108mm and much smaller like 96 or 97. I learned this the hard way thanks to 4wheelparts not actually verifiying their hub size, instead they just agreed with me. I still have hard feelings about that deal.

    yea 4wheel parts sucks. a couple bad deals weith them myself
