Tonneau compatible with TracRac One?

I've got a TracRac One (their basic model - sits on top of the bed rail, clamps onto the inside from there) on my 2012 Tacoma (6' bed). Has anyone seen or used a Tonneau cover that can be modified to fit around the clamps of that rack? There are a few that are compatible with the sliding TracRac setup, but that would require buying a new rack, and my current one is otherwise fine so I'd like to save that money for toys to carry on it rather than buying a new rack...
