Unfortunately, this Toyota branded one does not. :(

Rides too high on bed rails, interferes with tonneau cover.

Well just so you the 2 knobs that are on top the tighten it up can be moved underneath to avoid hitting Tonneau Covers :D

It works with a operational caveat.

I have both installed on my pick up.

The knobs on the top that secure the cross divider will interfere with the lower hanging portions of the cover so you do not have total adjustability.

I have mine installed about a 1/3 of the way back from the tailgate and have no interference till about half way towards the back of the cab. Then some interference for a few inches, then clear again.

Just make sure that when your are folding back (closing) the cover to pay attention that the knobs are clearing the cover. If it will hit the knobs then move it a little until it clears. It's tight but it works.

FWIW: the divider is a nice quality piece.

People who had that divider with a toneau just flipped the assembly so the knobs are on the bottom instead of the top. Works great.

Going to have to try that soon ! Thanks for the tip Bro.

Been so busy getting the camper ready for the season hadn't given the pick up much attention.

I have the factory cover and the Toyota cargo divider works fine with the knobs on the bottom. It works great and looks good too!
