Brute Force Fab two thumbs up!

Filled out a contact form on their website and Billy called me the next morning on 4/14/16. We spoke about a bed cage I wanted to order and also informed him I had a delivery deadline I needed it by, I wanted to have it delivered by the absolute latest last week of May so I could get it coated and installed in time to head out for Rock Therapy. Billy was very friendly on the phone and we spent some time just BS'ing in general. Near the end of the call I went ahead and placed an order for a bed cage and was told the timeline for delivery could be met.

Over the next few weeks while patiently waiting I did contact Billy via email asking how the progress was coming along, he responded in a very timely manner and told me it wouldn't be much longer before it was ready to ship out. I don't remember the exact date it shipped out but I did take delivery of my bed cage on 5/16/16, he was able to meet my delivery timeline.

He kept in contact via email as well as phone the entire time, was very pleasant to deal with, and I am impressed with the quality of work done to build this bed cage. I would definitely order from him again if I am in the market for any products I want that he builds!
