For those having the shudder under light acceleration has anyone had any luck getting it fixed? I'm about to take mine in for the 10K services and I'm tired of getting the run around. I've had two different techs confirm its there. One doesn't know anything the other says it's the injectors cycling between direct and port injection which isnt true.

That's what I'm thinking as one of the possibilities. Happens only under 60 mph and yes mostly around 40-45 as well as lower speeds. Sometimes so bad it feels like someone tapped me from behind. At times it feels like that then sometimes it feels like you're driving a manual in too high of a gear. I want it fixed, and know its going to be a fight, I was just hoping someone else has had some luck getting it fixed.

That sucks man. I will not stand for a 35k truck that drives like this. I was hoping a tranny flash would fix it and be out by now , but at the rate I'm going Ill be out of warranty and be stuck with the problem. I can't let that happen.

How many times has it been to the shop? What are SC lemon laws on this?

2-3 times. I'm not sure about lemon laws. I really like the truck, but will be contacting a lawyer if I continue to get the runaround. I've contacted Toyota corporate and they want me to take it to another dealer and see what they say. Plan on doing that this sat.

Recommend you get more precise on this. Are you nearly at 36k miles?
