    yeah sounds like this one is the blower to wire harness issue some people have underneath the glove box. If you look under there you should see the blower in close proximity (probably touching in your case) to a sheath around a bunch of wires. Stick some foam in between there and see if that helps.

    I think I get that sound when I change the air blower to feet AND top when I have the blower just going to my feet I dont hear it.

    I had the same problem. When acceleratin around 2000 rpm there was a buzzing/vibrating coming from the glove box. Someone found the source on here and posted the solution. fixed mine! For me it was a wire harness vibrating off a blower underneath the glove box. I added a piece of sticky back foam and problem solved.     I had a similar issue. Toyota tech found it was a wire rubbing on the ecm bracket? A foam piece fixed it.
