    It is pretty incredible that vehicles costing half what the Tacoma does come with them, but Toyota sees fit to leave them off all but the highest trim levels.
    Who the hell makes those decisions at Toyota?
    I take their surveys and mention this in comments every time

    What year was the big transition when the emergency brake went from the pull handle, to the ultra modern push pedal with the left foot?...Another thing that irks me is the key has to be turned to the "ON" position to operate the power windows.... with Ford products operating any accessories like power windows, can be done in the accessory mode.....These are all the little things that bring a good product over the top to a great product.....

    My 2015 has the pull handle e brake, same as my 98 had. I thought the 16s had a center console e brake??

    Well..I thought it to be a bargaining chip....seeing they wouldn't even throw in the floor mats....But I got my answer right here, & seems simple enough.....
