    That seems like a contradiction...

I thought that Irish Whiskey was like Scotch Whisky; it has to be made in Ireland to be an Irish Whiskey?

I could be wrong; I don't drink much for Irish Whiskies so I haven't looked into how they're made like I have with Scotch. :notsure:

Sorry yes I meant local to Ireland! Kinda confusing way to say it so my bad.. all Irish whisky means is that its grain based and triple distilled. Some companies like Tullamore Dew use 3 different types of pot stilling in a single batch and blend them together. This particular whisky is a single pot still, aged 12 years in malaga wine barrels with sherry cask butts added as well. Hopefully that makes more sense!

Basically I should have said small batch and local to ireland. Think craft brew vs budweiser.

Anyone checked out the Sierra Nevada Beer Camp box at Costco? Kind of pricey but some interesting collaborations.

Starting the Memorial Day weekend. Want to send a shout out to all the veterans. Thank you for your service.

This left hand 400 pound monkey is outrageous tasty. Be safe and enjoy your holiday.

When I am thirsty and I am not in local pub/brewery which is not too often...it feels the void.
I like a Modello Chelada ice cold, no Bud Light Chelada..thank you...sometime more than often I mix it 50/50 with regular Modello...
A couple of years ago I would not even think of it...

English style IPA. Just noticed on Beer Advocate that it has been retired. Too bad. The BA reviews are not super great but I dig it.
