What size spacers would be necessary for second gen clearance?

 

I am not 100% sure, I never measured but they are sooo close to being able to work, the spokes just rub the caliper before you can get them snug. It's close enough that if they don't sell I'm gonna grab some spare calipers and try grinding them down to get them to fit, I think it's doable

 

A 1/4" spacer is enough. At least this is so in a 1st gen.

Thanks guys, I have 3/4" spacers currently so it sounds like they'd work. I've been considering a DD setup to keep freeway miles off the MTR's, not ready to pull the trigger just yet but I'll be in touch.

Hey guys Im new to this, but Im trying to see if I can get a bite first before I actually make any purchases. I have 2016 TRD OR with 2500 miles on it and I am looking to switch out my stock wheels and tires. After talking to les schwab they thought I could get around $2200 for them. I thought that was pretty high so If anyone is interested please let me know, im for sure willing to talk price, considering I see most guys shooting for $1500-$1000. Im in Clackamas Oregon.

 

Call a local Toyota dealer, ask them what they sell a full set of new take offs for. The local dealer in Bellevue WA had a full set of brand new 17" take offs (wheels and factory tires) from a 4Runner they modded for $695 a few weeks back.
