So, I love building things and wrenching on my truck and have been having a ton of fun over the last couple years. With all the awesome trailer builds on here, I decided I wanted to give it a go on a trailer for myself. My daughter is turning 1 in a few days and my wife and I are super excited about taking her camping. Figured a trailer would be nice for extra room since we have a car seat in the backseat along with our dog and her dog bed. It will be nice to set the trailer up at camp and be able to unhitch and leave it to go wheel a little bit.

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
Mad sub'd! I've been oogling the SoCal Tear Drops for awhile now, it'll be interesting to see what you spin up!

Congrats man. I'm thinking about buying a cheap teardrop and swapping suspension wheels and tires. Should be pretty capable. I don't have the skills to build my own.

I've thought about one of those 'mess cart' trailers with a rooftop tent. Sounds very, very, interesting.

Got home from the metal shop today and started cutting and welding together the frame. In the time that I had I got the box done. Now need to add tongue/triangulation to the front.

Also my leaf springs got here already. Just ordered them yesterday!!! That was quick! o_O

Even though I hated spending $682 right now, I just ordered up 2 Goodyear MT/R's for the trailer. Could have the thing rolling by next week

Looks like a good start Ryan! Always like seeing trailer builds come together. For the hitch coupler, if you're feeling creative you can go this route; http://tventuring.com/trailerforum/thread-65.html I made it for mine and haven't had a problem with it. Drug it all over CO without a hiccup.
