35's, 37's is way to much cutting and IMO you should SAS before doing 37's to make it worth it. Then after 35's its enjoying the truck, saving for repairs, and either buying my dads 2011 F350 turbo diesel so I can have a tow rig for this thing or thinking about just saving for a F350 dually so I can have a setup like this...

    It does I love it!

Eh its a possibility but wouldn't be for a long time. I really want to run 40's without ridiculous ride height with a solid axle. But I would LS or Hemi swap it so it would be bad ass. image.jpg
But thats so far down the road Im not thinking about it too much

Soon, I'm hoping to have armor, gears and lockers by the next of next month. Rear bumper has 8 week lead time currently so still a ways out there.

how hot does your compressor seem to get, thinking of modifying one of the boxes in the bed to fit.

When im airing up tires it's fucking hot.. I also lean the back of the seat forward during that. If I'm just using it with lockers then not really, keep the seat back up and the noise isn't bad. I have smelled a little bit of burning plastic before but haven't for a while.

I do like it behind the seat since it keeps it clean

About to mount mine. Thinking of pass side engine compartment. Make a lil open top casket so water would have to be up to the hood to get it wet. Remote the intake into the cab maybe. Not decided yet but want to do this sun. Totally tore out and re did all my electronics last weekend with blue seas block and breaker. OBA is all that's left. And remote CB speaker. Oh, and dual optimas. And rear bumper lights. Fuck. Never mind.......

Opinion of protected under hood mount vs behind seat, vs bed cubby?
