I think that was last year's plan to hit up Jim. I couldn't figure out how to get there, I'm gonna be sleeping in and writing more scripts this weekend.

I was about to reply and say something about how the "Difficult" level comes into play real fast on info sources like this... Then I realized who the target really is, we have vehicles rested somewhere between heavily modified stock truck and purpose-built-vehicle. So we probably need "Difficult" to be broken into 2/3 different higher levels for it to actually mean anything to us.

But if you consider a vehicle that would be fine doing "Easy" trails and consider the things they clump into the "Difficult" side (Brush may scratch sides of vehicle) you realize it's a lot less enthusiast-pointed than we are. In any case: it's a cool book for what I've had the opportunity to look at.

Not sure why they tell you to get it. Says "4 wheel drive trails" not "Precummer trails" :luvya:
She bought the beer because she knows he won't get the beer after he signed his death certificate earlier haha

Exactly, and yeah the best part is going onto a trail you haven't hit in a year or so and you're like "When did this get so fucked up?"

Either way? Shouldn't be wheeling alone and without recovery gear anyway, turn back when ahead of our game, and don't break too much shit. :burnrubber:

The best recovery gear is having a mattress in the bed. No matter how much you break, the truck is always home!

I have that book and the Arizona one as well!:thumbsup:A lot of the trails that are considered moderate or difficult are definitely capable in 2wd!:DI actually met the two authors at the Overland Expo(Flagstaff,AZ.)and are supposively in the process of doing a volume 2 of the CA.book!
