Noobe with a 98 Taco PreRunner 2.7 Auto. A little worn, but strong running truck. I'll be looking for a little advice on repairs, and can give back on my experience with those repairs along the way.

This is an excellent forum. I got most of my repair advice and hints here as well when I got my 96 that had many of the common issues. Plenty of folks willing to help.

    How about a pic?

Maybe I'll post a pic someday, but this is a well used truck! (Not pretty!) I've owned it for about 10 years, and it was a work truck before I bought it. During my ownership, my then-teenage son was the primary driver. 'Nuff said? The truck runs strong and feels solid, but it needs a little TLC now with 285k on the clock. I'll need to look around for a while to learn the ropes here, but I like what I see so far...
