Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
Wow the fogs look good, but I would say yeah: they are definitely in the realm of "asshole" bright up someone's ass. Not sure what your lift is but mine is 3" + 285/75R16's so I'd probably have to adjust mine correctly.

2nd GEN RSI LED light review

First of all, I'd like to say thanks to Ryan for letting me try out the H4 LEDs for my 2015 Tacoma. Secondly, wow... these things are amazing. Upon receipt I noticed the excellent packing and quality design.

    http://i.imgur.com/Bj7asRY.jpg

Installation was straight forward, even though the instruction manual had no literature, just awkward photos, it was easy to figure out. The H4 bulbs needed to be rotated 180 degrees so that the "cups" were facing upward.. just the same way that halogen H4 bulbs have the cup upward. This was done by simply holding the base and rotating the bulb end, it even has presets for it to snap into place. Removing the headlights, although it can be a minor pain, would make installation 100x more efficient.. Getting the headlight retainer in around the built in fan, and cutting/fitting the dust cap would be ridiculous without removing them due to the battery and washer reservoir. After installation, my headlights needed to be adjusted down quite a bit, but was not a hard task and was easily accomplished by using a 8mm socket wrench on the headlight adjusting knob. I have not had any negative feedback, or anyone flashing me. The output is by far superior over stock headlights and I am looking forward to using these lights for a long time! I am also looking at installing one of the H4 bulbs into my 2013 Honda CRF250L, giving me more light in more places and farther. And for the pictures...

Comparison of Color difference between stock fog and LED headlights. I will be installing LED Foglights as soon as I can retrofit to my ARB bulbs. In the meantime I will have them installed in my roommates tacoma.. I am not expecting anything less than what other guys have posted on the LED fogs.

If you guys have any questions, shoot me a PM.. Best way to reach me!

So I decided to bite the bullet and bought a set for my low beams. The OPT7 LED head lights I bought seemed to dim out for some reason it was this or HID and I'd prefer to keep auto light functionality without risking burning out the bulb quicker. When I get them I'll do a side by side comparison with just the low beams. If they're bright enough I'll consider them for the fogs and highs.

My OPT7 LEDs started out that way as well but it seems they dimmed over time.

So far I have noticed no fade or dimming since I put them in my truck. I have been running them since I got my Tacoma and that was the very beginning of Feb. (Almost 4 months)

The fog lamps on my 2016 Tacoma SR5 V6 take H16 19W bulbs. Does your H11 bulb fit my fog lamp? Any heating issues?

LED bulbs run cooler than halogen bulbs so that's not going to be an issue.

To the OP, I thought H11 and H9 were the same bulb, just different wattages? How does your H11 and H9 kits differ?

You are correct that H11, H8, H9 and H16(jp, not the US version) are all the same base (bulb), with the halogen bulb the only difference is the wattage. The only reason I list the different bulb numbers is because it makes it easier for people when they do order, avoid confusion if possible.

Yes the H11 bulb will fit the H16 fog light housing (same bulb)

Any front view pix on a 3rd Gen with the lights on? How well does it match the DRL LED?

I thought I have been watching this thread and the write up reviews on this and I see you say the led runs cooler but then why does it need a fan for heat sync? Has anyone put an infrared thermometer on the led housing after it has been on say for an hour and what is that temperature vs. the OEM halogens?
