I had their first generation of tire and they lasted a long time. Their new ones the bead to bead, are supposed to be even better. I had them on for over 30k. This brand is top of the line as far as retread is concerned.

I had the Mud tires on my Land Rover Disco II for about 4 yrs maybe 30K on them. I was skeptical at the beginning, but they are a good tires. They last a long time their rubber compound is hard, so they are loud.

I've had 3 sets of them and never any issues. Air down to 15-20psi in 120 degree heat and run at 75-80mph no issues.

Reviving this semi-old thread because I've been tire shopping and these popped up on the radar. Thought this might interest some people.

For the record, I'm not of fan of your typical retread. I hadn't heard of Treadwright until recently. I don't know when Treadwright changed their manufacturing processes, but it looks like they don't do simple retreads anymore. Now they go from bead to bead. Technically, it's a remold using just a carcass. So, you won't get an old BFG-imprinted sidewall with a new thread wrapped around it.

I just got of the phone with their CS inquiring about how their tire request process works. I was hoping they could do a 255/80-17. No dice. I asked about their fleet and business discounts. They do a 15%, 20%, or 23% discount for business and fleet accounts. That got me to thinking: Could I, not being a business, get the same discount if I purchased a minimum number of tires (12 units for 15% is the minimum, at least 48 for 20%). I was told yes, they will do a discount across the board on any tire they carry.

I thought this might be a good candidate for a GB if enough people have interest. In this case, "enough people" would be just three buying four tires each. The problem is shipping; they would have to be shipped to a single location. Therefore, it would have to be a localized, regional GB. Could you find three or more people around you to go in on a group buy?

Insightful video on the process if you can get passed the infomercial feel and douchey host.

Watched a lot of videos on their tires. Some people appear to have zero issues and love them. On the other hand, just watched one recent video of a guy that had separation on brand new tires. I think the technology is sound. Maybe it's a QC issue.

TacoAlaMode Custom grill, SCS Gunmetal F5's, Treadwright guard dogs, King extended travel coilovers w/800# springs, OME Dakars. LRUCA's. Allpro off-road plate rear bumper with high clearance hitch, steel breaded extended brake lines front and rear, SOS concepts bolt on rock sliders with top plate, Pelfreybuilt front plate bumper, rci skid plates, Airflow Snorkel, Tom Woods custom one piece drivesahft, Weathertech in channel rain guards, Bushwacker fender flares, custom cab height bedrack, 60" Hi-Lift jack w/Mount, Recon 10,500lb waterproof winch with synthetic line, rear bumper light pods, front bumper light pods and light bar.

Mine are Treadwright Guard Dogs. Amazing off-road.

This is my second set. The first set I got 80k miles with tons of off-road, and a lot of freeway driving. This set is looking to last about the same.

I was also nervous when I saw they were retreads. After reading tons of great reviews, I got a set and have been extremely happy with each set. Haven't had a single problem out of any of them.

That's the tread I was looking at. Seems to be almost like a hybrid AT-MT. I believe they use a commercial compound on that one, which may add to its longevity.

    How often do you rotate?
