So we've all seen bedliner used as exterior paint with spectacular results if done correctly.
I personally love the flat rugged look of this stuff.

My 02' sr5 has 201,000 mi and the entire truck is in excellent condition. However, some of the interior plastic shows heavy wear and tear.
    Nothing broken, just scratched up.
I had the bright idea, why not sand out the deep grooves then paint them with aerosol bed liner,( Ive read good thing about Duplicolor).

I would like some opinions for and against this approach.
My main concerns are durability, and asthetics.
If bedliner cracks or peels its damn near impossible to remove, and repaint.

There seems to be a fine line between " homemade cool" and " hillbilly garbage".
This truck is my daily driver, and i would like to avoid the Hillbilly look.

    What do YOU think??

After many kicks and scraps from my boots its holding up mine here.

No pic on phone but i did my centre consol with plasti dip. Fills cracks pretty good and is holding up excellent. Has a nice texture to.

    Edit: only pic

I think it depends on where the bedliner is. Where @devinzz1 did it by the feet/floor, I think it's actually pretty cool. I'm tired of seeing scuff marks from my boots/shoes.
