I'm looking for a mild lift for my 2012 DCSB TRD-OR. I have the non tsb leafs (2+1) and a shell. With the stock springs it sags with any load in the bed. The truck is my DD and I tow a 5,500 lb trailer a couple times a month so I want to replace the stock leaf springs with something more stout instead of just installing an AAL. I'm running sliders and will be installing a US Off-road hidden winch setup later this year (130lbs) and would like the truck to sit level.

What are your thoughts on the setup below?

That's the setup I ran on my 1st Gen, with which I was very happy. Unless you're sure you want them, I don't think you need the UCAs. (If I had it to do over, I wouldn't spend the money on them.)

^on the uca's. I have 885's without any extra weight up front and didn't need them.

No need for upper control arms with that lift.

I don't want that much of a lift. Looking to maintain the current on/off road manners while replacing the stock leafs with something that'll be a little more stout for carrying loads.

Thanks Norton and 3coma. I was hoping to get additional droop with the UCAs. I was looking at the Icon extended travel coilovers but I'm having a difficult time justifying the extra coin for them.

Talk to Marie @Headstrong and explain your needs. She is well respected here and will set you up correctly. The only sticker I have on my truck._20160530_143652.jpg

I have that Wheeler 5-leaf HD leaf pack and I'm really pleased. Very nice firmness with weight on the back. Not too firm when truck is unloaded. Now I need to do the front.

Not super accurate, but it was right around an inch. I have a 200+ lb shell on my truck all the time, so I'm not sure how it would have been with the truck totally unloaded. But it wasn't much more or less than an inch.

EDIT: But I still want to boost the front about an inch as well. Just not urgent.
