What is stock? 29? I never took the time to measure or look it up.

    Not entirely sure.

I've heard of people putting on a 285 tire with stock suspension and NOT having rubbing issues.

I've also heard of people slapping on those 285's and rubbing everything they got. Seems to differ truck to truck.

I've heard of people running 275's and having rubbing. You are right, seems some people have issues and some don't. I think it depends on what type of lift kit people are running and if they are running after market wheels. I feel most people who mess around with larger tires are also changing wheels and using some sort of lift.

I just talked to John at Buick about a potential Tacomaworld group buy. I explained to him how a bunch of us want to trade our Tacoma in and get a Buick Encore. He is talking to the president of the sales department about it and will get back to me.

Please do. Apparently the Tacoma is the tenth most likely vehicle to get a traffic ticket. The Buick Encore however, is the least likely.

Yeah grandpa wood style (cheap wood style) lol. If done with a high quality wood it could look ok, but let's be honest it's a GM.

I agree with the OP. I understand offering the current stock versions they have but when they release an off road package they should come with at least 33's. I mean come on. I bet the vast majority of people who purchase an off road package vehicle would prefer 33" tires. Oh and the fact that they are still willing to sell these trucks with the homo bro lean pisses me off to no end. Wtf is wrong with them!? They don't sell cars that sit 1" lower in the rear. Why do that with their trucks? It's total BS.

The 2016 Buick Encore BBC Edition comes with 33s and 15 inches of travel front and rear. You guys can't complain about car manufacturers in general when it is only certain ones.

I understand, but if the trd off-road came with 33s then people would want 35s stock. That's why the Buick BBC Edition comes stock with cutting required to not rub that way you already feel stuffed.
