Install 2008 HU w/integrated XM into 06

After lots of searching through the forums and not finding a good answer it looks like I need to reach out for some help. Here is my situation:

I have a 2006 double cab w/JBL 6-disk sound system with a Delphi MyFi 2 hardwired to the head unit using an FM modulator. I am considering upgrading to what is either an 08 or 09 Tacoma JBL 6-disk head unit that looks like it has the XM tuner integrated into the head unit itself so i can get better sound quality while retaining the stock look. I have attached pictures of the front and back of the head unit I'm thinking of purchasing. I have the following questions:

1. Is it possible to use the antenna that I have installed from my MyFi 2? It looks like I may need some sort of adapter to make it connect into the blue antenna connection on the back of the head unit.

2. Has anyone else attempted this type of installation before?
