Anyone ever dealt with Archies offroad? I need a CMC done and a fellow at the Toyota dealership mentioned he'd been going to them for years. I'm in the Portsmouth area if anyone has recommendations, or knows someone who has done it many times?

My BIL was working on his house the other day and saw this guy coming from his pond.
About 30 miles North of me.

    Portly one....

So my truck is a total loss and I'll be working out the final details tomorrow. The frame was basically completely ruined.

I'm going to try and grab as many of the mods on it that they claim don't add value. I don't know how much I'll have to sell off of it that I can't put in a new vehicle (like my CB and stuff) but hopefully I"ll have some parts to list either on here or on CL.

I will do my best not to gouge on here, but CL is open season. What is the going rate for a stock front bumper with fog lamps and the crash bar?

I lose my rental on Monday and the STI replacement won't registered yet (I have a deposit down and the owner is driving it up for me on Saturday). Anyone know a place that looks the other way on inspections? I don't believe the new car will fail inspection, but I don't want it to fail on something silly either.

Where you located? What's been done with the sti that might effect emissions...?

East Bridgewater. The STI is sold (it was Stage 2 with a tune), I have a deposit on a C5 that's in fantastic shape and outside of a catback, there's non-stock on it. I just have an irrational fear an inspection is just going to see dollar signs when I walk in and fail it for a suspension link or something.

Ah okay I have a guy in Belmont MA that handles all my emission stuff minus obd2 flag issues which is beyond anyone's control. But standard inspection is fine.

Makes sense. I'm not worried about CELs, I'm worried about aftermarket exhaust or silly safety things. The car's in impeccable shape, so hoping for the best.

Archie and Mrs Archie (Julie? Her name escapes me at the moment) do nice work and are nice people. Not known for gouging folks. They're semi-regular customers of the company I work for, and everybody I've talked to in the state who's worked with them has walked away pleased. :notsure:

Tell them Noel @ Max Finkelstein says hi if you do end up going there, lol.
