    Not really liking this tick my truck has when I start her up. Wondering if there's a remedy for it? Would installing an after market exhaust fix this issue? HELP.

    But how will that sound? I know a taco won't have the sound of full sized truck

    My cobra used to tick real bad and just switching to a slightly thicker oil corrected it, I used 5w-30 instead of 5w-20 and the tick went away.

    Sometimes the tick can be an exhaust leak and an exhaust shop can usually fix it cheaply since life is too short to do yer own exhaust work...
