Wow....2 things. 1. Why would someone stand and talk on their phone at a pump anyway? 2. The moment I saw the bat, she wouldn't have made it any closer than a few feet from the truck. She would not have even had the opportunity to take the 1st swing.

Especially here in California. I actually commend this dude for keeping his cool. I definitely would not have, and it would probably have ended with me behind bars and headlining the 6 o'clock news.
