    can the driver seat on my 05 Tacoma be raised from floor 1 to 2 in front and back safely

    Not enough...
    I've seen some members here insert a bunch of washers in the back. but as far as lifting front and back, it probably wont work. angles will get weird and the bolts will not line up.
