When the Z3M came out, I couldn't afford it. Lusted after the Dakar Yellow for a while. Then ate ramen noodles for two years, saved up, and ordered/purchased the S54 motor Z3M. One of my favorite cars of all time.

My friend in Atlanta had a red S54 motor Z3M roadster (Alpharetta) in red.

Missing My Last Tacoma --- Had 11 Toyota trucks in the past and many other Toyota cars too.
Alpharetta is just north of me @ Spalding Rd. in Sandy Springs. The Z3 M Roadster was only 240 HP (natural aspiration) IIRC ... and had no spare tire because of true duals off the 6 cyls. It was like a mini-cobra with fat rear fenders & 4 thick s/s exhaust tips ... I should have kept that car forever ... oh well. I still have a 1997 911/993 (mild Ruf Conversion) that never gets driven except to keep battery up. Will keep this wide body until I die. 1998 was last air cooled IIRC.

There are a lot of exotic cars i.e. Ford GT-40's to old Bugatti's (on the roads on early Sunday mornings) .... in Sandy Springs & Alpharetta & John's Creek.

PS ... I still eat Ramen noodles (without salt packet) ... :)

I would ask them to show you a copy of the invoice... I bought my truck same build the only thing mine is missing is a JBL package. My truck cost $38k i paid $500 over invoice and that cost was about $35,400. Not sure your getting the deal they are telling you... good luck.
