Does anyone have some advise on the best fitting seat covers and which material to have them made with. I have a hunting dog who just about goes everywhere with me. Thanks

I have Carhartt Seat Saver covers. Won't say they are the best fitting, but they are durable and easy to wash.
I really like the Clazzio leather covers, but they can be a PITA to put on, from what I hear. @Unchained 5150
I am sure you will hear about the Wet Okole's too. I don't think they will pass your durability standard though.

I work with a bunch of pipeliners that also hunt and those guys swear by the Marathon covers. They say the Cordura wears like iron. I know it does on my motorcycle jackets.

I don't think they are very easy to get on and off. One of my buds who is about 6' and 275# said getting them on was just about a two man job.

I actually called Marathon yesterday to check on some details I couldn't find on their website. The lady I spoke with said the had a two month lead time on pruduction right now. FWIW

On all the trucks I've ever had I've always gone for the Saddle blanket type. They aren't really all that luxurious or anything but they fit well, very durable and rugged and when I do get mud and dirt on them from the dog or myself I just brush it off and they are good to go.

You can just use hammock style pet car seat cover to protect your seats.

I got the Caltrends brand from Amazon. Neoprene. They are awesome and fit very tight. Only had em on two weeks now but already saved my seats once

I recommend Clazzios, but they are tedious/painful to install. Put a set on my '15 Access Cab about a month ago. They look like factory. My hands were sore for two weeks from working them in the install. Worth it though...

I love my Wet Okole seat covers. I've had them several years now, and they still look almost brand new!

Man, I never would have thought that seat covers would be tough to install! Then again I've never done it...

I just got my Marathon covers in last week. Was going to put them on, then figured I would do it this week after I got back in from my camping trip, and hit a deer on the way back. So now the truck is in the shop and the covers are still in the box. It was a long wait, and they aren't even remotely cheap, but there are a lot of options when you order. I'm hoping to get a long life of use out of them.

I went with them because I want waterproof ones for fishing, swimming, and kayaking, but also want tough ones for hunting, manual labor, getting sand on them, etc. In addition to covers for the front and rear seats, I also got gear pockets on the front of each front seat, map pockets on the back of each front seat, a gun loop on the back of the front seats for ling guns, head rest covers, and a center console cover.

Another vote for WetOkole. Worth every penny. Lots of color combinations available! My dog sits in the back and it holds up well. The neoprene does a great job repelling water! Snapchat-860446828790566014-1.jpg

this totally depends on your location and truck use.

for durable, high quality material thats built for work.. go with Marathons Cordura. if you frequently hit the beach or are in a rainy state.. go with wet okoles. you want fancy/durability... clazzio.

I use mines for dd, and work. so I went with Cordura!

I like my wetokole but in the summer they get warm if you don't run the AC.

    Wouldn't you like to know!
I just ordered the Carhartt's from Auto Anything, I hope I don't regret that decision! I don't really like the Neoprene covers as much because I sweat pretty bad in the Texas heat and I have 2 dogs that ride with me a lot of the times so I went with these because carhartt material is known for durability. I will post pics after install.

So far I am liking them!
