Had a blast paddling! Did the class then paddled the whole lake (Lake Clopper in MD (small)) then met a friend at Black Hill Reginal Park and paddled there for almost 2 hours. All in all about 6-7 hours on the water.

I'm hooked and in the market for a kayak now.

All the boats for the REI class were a mix of Wilderness Systems kayaks and I was in a Tsunami 145. At the second lake I went to I rented a 10' Preception that I didn't like anywhere as near as the Tsunami. Safe to say I like the longer boat better so far.

    Both were sit-in style.

It will depend on what all you want to do. If you think you will ever fish, you should try out sit on tops

This is a wild shot but would anyone like to buy like a 60's style fridge? It does need some TLC though. It's the color brownish. The old owner of our house left it

Well, while I am going nuts and getting twitchy waiting for my new Taco to arrive at the Dealership does anyone have any suggestions as to what needs to be checked, serviced or modified? I've heard stories about low transmission fluid, loose U Clamps on the rear springs etc. Are these siginificant?

Ahhhh just laid down after a heck of an awesome day in the Outer Banks. Beach driving has been awesome...glad I didn't bring the PreRunner haha. I probably wouldn't have made it off the ramp lol. Plus taking the doors and top off has been fun too. 20160604_202352.jpg

So I bought some 3/4" D-rings from Amazon and just found out that they DON'T FIT my bumper! The shaft diameter is actually 7/8". WTF?!
