    Danny, to me, it sounds as if there might be a possible short "loading" down the alt??? That is why you need the higher rpm for it to start "charging"???!!! :notsure:

    Rough idle, but not spitting out any codes is boggling??? I was gonna suggest o2, maf, tps, etc that is "air" related, but since there are no codes being thrown, it makes it a bit harder to diagnose and I do realize I am stating a Capt obvious there, just speaking out loud. Sorry, but I forget if it has already been mentioned, but did you go back to "basic" setup (remove the dual Batt setup and fridge) just to rule that setup out?
