@goblue82 great day today. Aside from the early parking nightmare, Kessica and I had a great time.

I may be able to. That may be the weekend that I'm in Palm Desert tho...

@dtaco06 Danny, also, just realized it, you are not seeing DTC codes because, I imagine you are plugging\unplugging the batt???!!! Hence, "resetting" what was once stored in the computer! The cars computer typically needs to run, sometimes, about a hundred miles or more for ALL "monitors" to finish collecting their data!!! I bet, if I was to connect my scan tool to your OBD2 port, SOME of the "monitors\sensors" would still be flashing telling me that that monitor has not finished collecting its data!!! Just a thought about the most likely reason you are not seeing any data trouble codes???!!!

@madsand @kyle11863 @bustabenl @Nicklovin @Threetwozero, remember I was talking about "single side band" radios, the one thing I didn't know until tonight was that the receiving radio also has to have that capability!!! Also, SSB CB radios tend to be pretty expensive (i.e. about $150+), which that part I already knew about. I was correct about the range being better due to the higher wattage output!!! BUT, again, the receive radio needs to have SSB capability as well and it makes sense on why that is!!! Anyways, just stick with "regular" CB as you know it!!! I still plan on getting a SSB CB radio for my rig just so that I know I have that option available!!! I also advise people to have both HAM and CB in their rigs so as to better their options and capability while on the trails!!!

I am NOT one to trust my life with a cell phone out in the middle of B.F.E.!!! EVER!!!

Ben, I am doing research about the Keller 2m repeater at 3am, LOL!!! Start listening for me to call you out over the air Mon\Tue night, LOL!!!

    73 (it means "regards")

Great meet @goblue82. Was a lot of fun! Was awesome just chilling and BSing on the beach. Thanks again for the ride to the Firebird yesterday @bigbarlo. Definitely nice to see a little appreciation for it

By the way, for anyone who got cooked yesterday, a great way to help the burns is to take a baking soda bath with water that is a little colder than luke warm. Don't make it ice cold though as it'll make it worse. I know at least Sarah, @YotaGurlIAm, @Nicklovin and I got a little burnt :bananadead:

Hey, thanks all that came out. 1000 apologies for the crap parking early but happy all those soccer teams cleared out by the afternoon. A lesson learned: the Google is my friend. Use the Google to search any beach events going forward.

My shoulders are toast from the sin and Sara got extremely burnt. Poor thing can't get out of bed. So today is movie day and taking care of her.

Danny, Im happy to hear Robbie is feeling better. Great news indeed. Attaboy Robbie for kicking that pesky fever.

Great vibes and great laughs with all. When's the next meet? Haha

Big B, id love to hit Idyllwild next weekend but I'm in a wedding so I actually have to stay clean and not play in the dirt Sat and Sunday.

    Cheers!

Also, to help people a little bit for gas money, maybe throw in a type of "tip jar" where everyone that lives in places like Temecula, Big Bear, San Diego, Malibu, etc get a little help to pay for gas??? The money then gets split evenly among those people!!! Just a thought\idea to help out fellow TW peeps so they can make it to meets specifically just like this to hang out and have a good time!!! ;):cheers: Thoughts anyone??? :notsure:

Except @kyle11863 Kyle. He shouldn't get any part of the help!!!:rofl::rofl:
