So I just had my a new transmission put in at my local mechanic shop, they did an awesome job, but after they unplugged my radio, all my presets were changed, my clock changed and my stock door speakers lost a lot of bass and do not sound as loud, how do I get them to sound normal again?

Settings on the radio to increase the bass tones, I believe. it more then likely went back to default settings.. Push in the right tuning knob with the radio on to get to bass, treble, fader and balance controls.
