Looking at possibly purchasing a Tacoma TRD Sport in the near future. I want to swap tires in the deal. Was thinking on Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs.
My question is can I go a little bigger than the stock size without a lift? I don't really want anything much wider, only a bit higher.

Also, will the bed mat from a 2nd gen Tacoma fit the bed of a 2016?

    Thanks.

You can go up to 265/70R17 or 265/75/R16, 1" taller than stock, without issue. Be sure to opt for the lighter C-load of available and avoid the heavy and harsh riding E-load tires.

I can't seem to find KO2s or Duratracs in 265/75/R16 with the C-Load rating. Does anyone have a link or would i have to step down the the 265/70?

Duratracs come in C in that size:

KO2s do not. You need to switch wheels to run 265/70R17 in C-load like I did if you want to go that route. Might find this useful:
