2002 3.4 TRD 4WD, need full stainless exhaust

Both my cat pipes are original and shot, I would like to see what options are available for replacing them with a full stainless system and I have some questions:

1. What brands are available and where is a good cheap place to buy them?
2. I assume a complete system is a cheaper solution than just replacing the 2 cat pipes (and then having to replace another steel original part soon/next)?

I need the cats for motor vehicle inspections and CEL reasons, so not looking to eliminate them.

Flowmaster, Magnaflow, borla, trd, gibson, etc offer stainless catbacks. Id say only option for cats in stainless are universal highflow ones.

 

I thought I used to see someone offering a full exhaust system, but now all I find are the individual cats, then cat back systems.
