Got some new tires from Les Schwab. My Coopers got round-out from shit install at Allen Tire. After 5 years, my truck finally drives straight. Much better, now...

Well when it's still wet you could put aluminum foil on it and smooth it out . They put foil on dinomat, and if you put it on the wet and let it dry it would be a radiant barrier. And reflect the heat back out side. It is ac duct sealant so as for insulation . I would say yes. Wear a latex glove and smear it flatter or use a cheap brush. Just make Shure you check the window before you let it dry and you don't fuckup and make window glued . Roll it up and down . This is that stuff from lowes I put in ceiling for insulation. It's foil, bubble, foil, bubble, foil. It's in the insulation isle. And it's like 20-30 bucks. Cut the heat in half. It's 3 layers thick. Like 3/4". The stuff is 1/4" thick.

Manual. With that annoying NO peel out . Feature. Called vsv With the stock switch you get 1 peel out when it's in gauged (turned on) . Then it goes back to automatic ofteR your peel out. So you have to turn off .then turn it back on to get a second peel out. If it's a rainy slippery road or iced it's ok it's to stop you from fucking up. But it also takes the fun out of randomly peeling out. NO PEEL OUT AT ALL UNLESS YOU INGAUGE (turn on) I was thinking that . that push button mod shut it off but if it shuts off the brakes as well not interested.

Thats a nice clean install Billy and thanks for the tips they helped tremendously!
My install went smooth but it looks like an elementary school art project. i got that "thud"sound now when you tap the door so I'm happy! Next will be a sub either the kenwood sw11 or sound ordnance B-8PTD.

That looks like the material used in automotive shades that are used to cover up the front window. I actually have a few of those kicking around from work as packaging samples from a quaker state promotional from more than a few years back now.. looks like a good re-purposing opportunity for me, if so.

I'll find out soon enough, i suppose. I also need to go down the route of stripping out the interior for miscellaneous upgrades soon.

I have at least three to play with - and i do need to put some sort of dampening into the ceiling due to wind-noise from the Prinsu rack. If these samples are part of a low-money solution, it'll be a bonus.

Same as the Coopers, 235/75/R15 on stock suspension. The Coopers were installed without tire alignment, causing all kind of steering funk making me look like a drunk driver... Kept getting steering alignments, balance & rotations at Toyota, but never got zeroed in. Guys at Les Schwab installed tires correctly and did a steering and wheel alignment afterward.:D

Went and found this bad little trail after I left work, by accident. I was looking easy dirt trails, but found this. My taco is not the average 5 lugger tho. I have 33s, 3" lift, armor, and the e locker axle.

I don't think I could've done this without the e locker. I felt my tires slip a couple times, but luckily the e locker was engaged the whole time. I could barely do loose incline when my 5 lugger wasn't as built. It's day and night now.

It is kinda just like the windshield cover. And I used it as windshield cover just have to cut to fit. But every time I roll it up it shrinks a little. I laid it outside of window traced with sharpie then cut it perfect fit.

There is a video on YouTube on removing ceiling . It gives enough info to not fuck up anything.

Thank you. Lol. It's what I love and that's where my 5 lugger is headed on being swapped.

These photos are considerably better quality than those that i saw on farcebook.

Still not sure where you are going with the rack, but we've already talked about that :)

Your's as shown, is more pre-runner, than the TRD version.. at least as far as the average owner is concerned, for use of their truck.

What have you done suspension-wise, so far, to the truck?
